Refund policy

At PetPal24, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving them.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@petpal24.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats)

  • Opened or used hygiene and grooming products

  • Customized or personalized items

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable.
